LunarX (in conjunction with Bosch) – Ongoing Promotional Newsletter and Social Media Campaign

Intro of case

LunarX needed a reliable, creative partner to consistently design and deliver high-impact promotional newsletters and social content — aligning seamlessly with Bosch’s brand guidelines while communicating time-sensitive offers to an installer and reseller customer base. The key challenge was balancing Bosch’s global brand equity with the localised marketing demands of LunarX, all under tight monthly timelines.

Brand Consistency: Bosch, as a global technology leader, required all co-branded communications to uphold strict visual and tonal guidelines -- no small feat in a fast-turnaround environment.
Sales Activation: Each campaign was tied to product movement -- be it clearance, promos, or new product pushes -- so effectiveness wasn't just aesthetic, but strategic.
Relationship Management: Social Perfection needed to collaborate closely with both LunarX's marketing leads and Bosch stakeholders to ensure messaging accuracy, compliance and impact.

Solution

Social Perfection became an embedded creative partner — handling the full design and deployment process for each monthly cycle. Our scope included:

• Designing visually cohesive newsletters aligned with Bosch CI, tailored to highlight current offers, features and urgency triggers (e.g. limited stock, promo windows).
• Crafting social media assets that adapted the newsletter messaging into high-impact, thumb-stopping visuals for Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Implementing a campaign rhythm that supported both product awareness and measurable action -- driving clicks, conversions and reseller engagement.

We also worked collaboratively with LunarX’s sales and product teams to ensure the creative translated directly into their market goals, while liaising with Bosch to ensure every execution passed internal brand gatekeeping.
