Ctrack operates a network of fitment centres across South Africa, each serving as a key brand touchpoint for customer onboarding, vehicle installations, and service experiences. With growing partner and franchise expansion, there was an urgent need to create a standardised, scalable branding model to protect brand consistency at every location – especially as new centres were being signed up.

Specific Objectives Included:

• Ensuring consistent brand representation across diverse independent fitment centres.
• Providing partners with clear, easy-to-follow brand guidelines covering everything from signage to staff clothing.
• Designing activation stand kits that fitment centres could use for events, promotions and customer engagement activities.

Social Perfection developed a comprehensive Fitment Centre Branding and Activation Toolkit to ensure brand excellence across the growing network.

Visual Identity Guidelines: Created a detailed brand manual for fitment centres, covering approved logo usage, colour standards, tone of voice and layout principles for signage and physical environments.
Activation Stand Development: Designed modular stand kits for use at customer-facing events (such as Comrades activations), trade shows, and in-centre promotions, providing a professional and unified brand presence.
Staff Clothing Options: Created a fitment centre-specific clothing guide, providing approved uniform designs that balanced brand image with practicality for technical staff.
Signage Solutions: Developed scalable signage templates, from exterior building signage to point-of-sale banners and counter displays.

Main result

Fitment centres across the country now represent the Ctrack brand consistently and professionally, reinforcing trust and credibility at the point of customer interaction. Newly onboarded centres were able to implement brand assets quickly and accurately, thanks to the easy-to-use activation kits.

The activation stands enabled fitment centres to promote Ctrack at events like the Comrades Marathon and other community activations, extending visibility and building customer relationships.
